Flavour, the creative force behind the initiatives HackShield and Hero Center, is a dynamic company that places high importance on societal impact. We blend creativity with social responsibility, aiming to playfully activate people into heroes that create a better future.
For the first 10 years of our existence, Flavour mainly relied on project requests from clients and created over 75 serious games. Now we are ready to market the products we have developed over the past five years through strong positioning and an efficient commercial pipeline. And we need your help for this. We have little experience in setting up an international sales machine.
We are looking for
As Sales Manager at Flavour, you will initially be responsible for paving the way for and help execute the international rollout of our flagship project, HackShield Future Cyber Heroes. You will work closely with our managementteam to define the necessary steps after break-open of new markets and set clear goals and expectations for the outbound sales team with the goal to translating opportunities into deals and streamlining the follow up with our team members.
Your role is crucial in steering the organization to the next phase of growth and impact. Our focus is on scaling up in the Nordics, the DACH region, and the UK.
Function description
– Preferably experienced in international rollout of propositions / prior experience in expanding business operations or products across international markets.
– Experience in setting up and streamlining a business expansion pipeline for new markets.
– Strong strategic planning and execution skills to develop strategic sales plans that align with the company’s goals and effectively execute these plans to achieve targets.
– Experience in setting up and leading a sales team / leadership skills and the ability to build and manage an effective sales team from the ground up.
– Hands-on sales experience and account and stakeholder management / adept at not only managing relationships with key accounts and stakeholders but also directly engaging in sales activities to close deals and drive revenue.
– Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
– Essential for closing deals and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.
– Robust analytical and problem-solving skills – Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and financial reports to make informed decisions and address challenges effectively.
– Cultural awareness and adaptability – Since the role involves international markets, understanding and adapting to different cultural nuances is important for successful business interactions.
– Fluent in English for communication in international business environments, German or French as additional language is a plus.
– Fluent in Dutch for working in software and with colleagues.
Level of experience minimum: 3+ years
